With the usual hard skills used for selection no longer providing valuable & reliable differentiation between candidates - a new way of looking at people is required.

Finding those people with potential to be successful

The prestigious Max Plank Institute in Germany researched those attributes which separate out those candidates who will perform - it took 6 years. Their findings were then passed to academics, human resources professionals and coaches to develop the research into a practical tool.

The result is DNLA - Discovery of Natural Latent Abilities - used widely across mainland Europe by over 600 well known corporate organisations.

The current economic position requirse companies to do more with less. This means fewer employess who must be capable of higher performance. Once employers have identified them the need is to develop and retain them to grow the value of their company.

There are assessments for Job Starters, Social Competence, Management, Slaes Potential, High Performance Teams and Corporate Climate Analysis.

DNLA quality standards require accredited consultants to deliver the results of this family of assessments together with the associated development and coaching programme.
