What gives you the right to call yourself a leader?

A Leader can be said to be someone whom people are willing to follow – and that is obvious, isn’t it? After all, if we are in front someone (our tribe) has to be behind us. We got into business because we wanted to be the ‘go to person’ in our sector. So that’s what it means, but how do we do it so that our success brings us the wealth and abundance we dream of?

Wealth can't be created without sales, or sales without customers, and customer cannot be attracted without the lifeline of an audience – people who are aware of us or talking about us. Servicing the customer with 100% commitment creates payback on a massive scale. We know that we work 7 times harder to get a new client than to turn an existing customer into return custom, and better still, when they bring someone to us the work is done. Conversion is more certain as trust already exist.

To achieve the favour of our customers we need FOCUS (meaning, to make them the centre of our attention). Focus embodies favour which is an ability by the customer to be receptive to change; it is an expression of confidence; it is the empowerment of others and expectation of increase. Focus is driven by admitting where you are and what you fear, it is the willingness to let other know what you have to offer and why they will benefit from engaging with you. Focus is the ammunition that obliterates procrastination. Focus is an act of wholehearted commitment. It helps us to face life, think and act in a particular way that radiates its own aura allowing us to be influential to those around us and allows our followers to trust our advice.

When we can get focused even for a short time we begin to think differently and find ourselves in a place of certainty. With the new found focus we can enter into alternative dimensions which we could not previously access. With this new found focus we are able to acknowledge our progress and express gratitude which keeps us safe from living in fear or negativity.
