What's in your "shop window"?
Every business should take a look in from outside sometimes. What's in your Shop Window? Does it need a makeover? Does your message need changing?
What are you saying?
The trouble is that is hard to do yourself. You know what you mean, you know what you do! Are you sure that everyone else does?
I help and advise businesses for a living. I still need someone from outside to help me see what I am presenting to the outside world!
I spent a couple of hours yesterday having a down to earth discussion with a friend and business colleague. Some of the constructive criticism told me I have worked out myself but had not clearly thought through. More was surprising and needs analysis.
The point is this - No one has a clear perspective of their business from the inside.
If you are not getting the sales you want perhaps you need help to redefine your shop window!
