Hi Guys
I am thinking of moving over to UW for all the services and cash back card but have heard a few things about them both good and bad. Is anyone on here not a distributor and customer only?? If so can i have some honest advice on what they are like to deal with prices etc Feel free to PM me if you dont want to make your feelings public!!
Thanks in advance |

I've just signed up to UW and have taken the risk as I was quoted to save over £80per month on my current electricity and gas bill...obviously time will tell so if you pm me in 2 months i should have my first bill by then and will be able to tell you. I figure that even if they're 50% wrong in their estimate that they'lll still be cheaper. Besides, i do a lot of my shopping with the companies signed up to the cashcard so it seemed a no brainer to me...i hope my risk pays off! |

Hi Richard, I have been a customer for years with gas, electricity, telephone and broadband at home and have saved a lot. Whenever anyone comes to me and asks to do a price comparison they can't get near it. I haven't got mobile or the cashback card, although I kee getting told I'll save even more with one. Never been or ever will be a distributor, network marketing is not my thing, but happy to recommend them |

I'm keeping an eye on this thread. I'm looking to sign up to UW when I move in September but have heard bad things about the broadband (well, it is TalkTalk!) - but the one thing I've always heard is the customer service is friendly. |

I've just moved house & not being a techie, I decided to go with UW for broadband & phone. Seemed a lot easier, though I will say that it was meet-like-know-trust that swayed my decision. |

I'm with them for gas and electricity. I'm happy. Looking at the cashback card. |

Hi i have just spoken to Richard on the phone. As distributors we sign up under the company (optional) and start of talking to friends and family about the company. I would'nt continue to do this if we was not the cheapest and have excellent customer service. My first customer was my mum. Who i saved £40 a month with fees! There is £1.50 - £3.50 membership fee a month. With different options. 35p charge per upload of money to cash back card. To pay this charge once i suggest to put one lump on it that you know you can cope with and covers your costs. I always quote these fees into my quotation and we are still the cheapest by far. I recommend taking the £2.50 membership fee. By using our cashback card on your groceries as a example you would need to spend a month roughly £100 a month to break even on the £2.50 and 35p money charge. If you spend more than this with the card you then will knock money of the rest of your utility bill down furthur for money you would of spent anyways. I hope this has helped.

I am a member and not reseller, I have been for a while now. Has it saved us money? Yes, loads! We have, Gas, Elec, Tele and Broadband as well as cashback card My biggest savings come from having free phonecalls all day. However I see BT are moving into this area now with their BB+Phone package so will keep an eye on that. We don't make much use of the card as we don't do our regular shopping at the supermarkets they discount on. When we have though it has saved us money on the final bill. I'm sure that if you went out on a regular basis and looked around for the best deals, yes you could get it cheaper but not by much when you consider the phone calls as well. I could make more use of the cashback card to save more but have not done yet (yes I know I can set up a DD) I don't want to be switching suppliers all the time to get the best deal. I have had good service from UW up to now, can't say great service because nothing has gone wrong for me to really check the service out properly! We have stayed with them because it makes it so much easier to understand our bill and see our outgoings in one place. |

Have been a customer for Gas, Electric & Home phone for nearly 2 years. No complaints. Their Customer Services Dept is excellent. Had their cashback card for a while but didn't use it enough to make it worthwhile. |
