Mystery Shopper fee's. If you can tie the amount of your overheads to the level of income you generate, you have it pretty spot on i reckon. If i had an constant large overhead that remained regardless of income levels i think it would give me sleepless nights! |

Biggest overhead would be marketing (if you count 4N in there too) Trimmed alot of fat recently and saved some cash, while actually improving services (it's mad, right!) In addtion, there's rent, drawings, travel, tax etc. |

No, I pay my broadband provider for an active, working, connection. If it fails, its they who repair it and get it up and running
