People concentrate too much on cutting costs rather than increasing sales. By cutting costs you are still dramatically capped at what you can earn, because you can only cut so far! Increasing sales, is ultimately limitless as long as you can come up with the strategies and the ideas to implement. Great meeting, looking forward to my last meeting as Area Leader for Harrow this Friday too. Make sure you book in!! |
