From the question, am I correct in assuming that your client wants to use his own company shares as security, If so - TBH it is unlikely that this can be done. We can however arrange short term funding against a variety of business or personal assets including listed (FTSE 250) shares, vehicles, gold, artwork, boats, invoices, confirmed orders (finshed goods), and, of course, freehold property. If your client has a pension and it's big enough then he would use that to invest in his business. It's specialised but possible. I have a few clietns that have done this and use a great guy to do it. Let me know if you'd like to be referred
