Why are you peturbed? That is your name, thats why I used it. I just wanted to clarify that I was directing my point at you and not some body else name Marcus. It was not intended to upset or offend you. And if I have upset or offended you by using your name them I am very very sorry.

I just think its wrong to bring some ones "race" into an argument and I feel whether it was said in spanish, german, sign language, morse code or some sort of alien language really doesnt matter. it is still offensive because the recipient felt offended by the term. But thats just my opinion.

well, the simple answer Bertie is that if it is against the Law to bring a person's race into an argument, then there is no situation where it is permissable.

Obviously in reality there will be lots of situations where race colour nationality etc come into the discussion. 

That's what generally happens in a multicultural society.
