No clearly I am saying very little of what you impute to me Dave. As I intimated to Ian, if he or yourself continue to misrepresent me, or threaten my business, I will take legal advice. I would advise you to be careful what you impute to me. OMG!!! The only person threatening your business is yourself. You continue to defend something which is unnacceptable in todays society. But because you appear to be upset at everbody having a different opinion to you I will give u a bit of advice my late father gave to me many years ago when he was still alive... "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen"

On a serious point, presumably this forum gets picked up by the search engines? I'm not sure I'd want my business associated with 'contraversial' personal opinions. Nor militant litigiousness, come to that. |

I've said nothing particularly contentious. I've pointed out that I believe football is pretty corrupt. The FA likewise. Like a lot of people, I believe its not particularly good for society when the tail wags the dog.
Regarding the Evra Suarez spat, I believe Evra was probably instrumental in it. It certainly seems that he brought race into it and Suarez responded. I have suggested that the matter would have been far better adjudicated in a court of Law than by the FA, and I suspect there will continue to be fall-out from this that is bad for society, because the FA have done their usual hatchet job. The question I at one point raised was: "I suppose the question is, when can you and when can you not bring someone's colour into an argument?" was a perfectly legitimate question. I have black friends, and if I we were discussing or arguing, it's perfectly possible race could enter the discussion or argument. If you willfully wish to distort those kinds of comments, or exploit them because you have an axe to grind with me, then that is your lookout.
I would suggest you say what is really on your mind, rather than hide behind attempts to blacken someone else's character.
Ok, I have work to get on with.

Mr Marcus West, Yes you have. Dont you realise that statement is very hippocritical of you and that you are dgging yourself an even bigger hole. First you defend something that is unnacceptable in todays society and then threaten everbody with legal action who has a different opinion to you but then further more (to make things worse for yourself) you have accussed the FA of something (that has not even been investigated) and if they were to read your comments they would be well within their rights to take legal action against you. Can you not see how much damage you are doing to yourself? |

Marcus West, OMG i would really love to hear a 'for instance' for this one. Please explain how you and more importantly your black friends think it is acceptable to bring race into an argument or discussion. I keep saying what is on my mind and you will not answer, i dont need to attempt to 'blacken' your character you seem to be doing fine on your own, and i dont have 'an axe to grind' and I am not sure what I need to lookout for......or is that a threat?
