Google Docs and creating forms

I am trying to create a From from within Google Docs; however, it seems very basic. I want some extra functionality, such as
Does anyone know if this can be done in Google Docs or are there any other good (preferably free) form creators available. |

You should be able to do just that, create a multiple choice question, select the 'Go to page based on answer' option, and then create a separate page for each response with the appropriate number of response boxes. However, this is likely to become tedious for more than a few options, and I can see no way to automatically generate the response boxes. If you can't find a free form creator that has the right features, it may be cheaper to employ a web developer for an hour or two to add the form feature to your website than to pay for a commercial survey-creation package. That way you can re-use/tweak the form freely afterwards. |

I would agree with Richard on web based form option. It can be customised as required. If you ask your web developer , they should be able to do it for you. I did one for my another site, plz have a look if thats some thing you are after www.pcitshop.com/how-much-can-i-save?view=form |

Phil, install Contact Form 7 WP plugin ;) Really easy to use and just drag and drop to make inputs, and just copy the function name, into a page or widget to add it. |

Thanks Gareth, I have Contact Form 7 on my site for general enquires. I need something a bit more sophisticated I think. I need to be able to collect quite a lot of information and in an efficient manner. Think I will probably have to pay for something! |

Thanks Jimmy but I think that overcomplicates my requirements. I would need to set up a separate goto for each option even though it is the same info i would be collating. |
