As ever, a fantastically vibrant meet at 4N Brentwood South today, we had a great 4sight from Sarah Tapley of Sarah Tapley Ergonomics (ably assisted by Sydney the spine!) on how our computers can hurt us! I think its safe to say we are all at risk of this and so if you want to know more, be sure to contact Sarah to check out where she is 4sighting next. Great to see such a variety of businesses around the table, as well as a handful of accountants/bookkeepers and IT guys. I am organising the kit as we speak for a 5-a-side next time! In all seriousness though, I have no doubt that you can in fact help each other so as always, keep an open mind everyone :) I had great 1-2-1s with Clare Barnett, a threesome with Peter Sotherton (did someone say new Group Leader?!) and Mark Whitcombe and another threesome after that (tiring stuff) with Kevin Arrow and Phil Priscott - gentlemen you are like my unpaid business advisors, and I can't thank you enough for your invaluable help and advice (I await invoice in the post). Look forward to seeing you all on the circuit and indeed next fortnight at 4N Brentwood South...

Crack On Dan, Love it what a fab meeting!!! Great 121's with Lee Westrap. Mike McKinley, and Kevin Arrow. Thanks for the chats. I was in the Bookkeeping Red corner today and the IT guys where in the Blue Corner!! Funny . Sarah Tapley was brilliant and very informative with her forsite, Sydney was on his best behaviour. Love Brentwood South it is turning into a very buzzy meeting and im proud to be a part of it. Have a great weekend. |

Enjoyed todays meeting and had great 1-1 with Paul Williams (who is going to make me look 21 again) in my photo for 4N portfolio. Also had a great chat with Peter Sotherton, with future Fridays being run by Paul and Daniel (Batman and Robin) it will like be like a scene from only fools and horses. Im really enjoying the Friday meetings lovely group of people.

Brilliant meeting again at Brentwood South Superb 1-2-1s with kim, mandy and dan+sugar daddy great 4sight from Sarah and her assistant, makes you think just how much is involved when taking employees on as well as your own health. great comments though and answered very well some difficult questions.

Great Meeting again Brentwood South, I got to say I am really loving the buzz about this meeting Really interesting 4sight by Sarah Tapley as others said you made me think about how I sit at my Laptop and I found I have sat at the desktop alot more. Belatedly adding a note to say what an enjoyable meeting it was at Brentwood South, and what a pleasure to meet all of you for the first time. Sarah's 4sight has become extra significant for me now, having been paralysed by a back spasm yesterday (not work related fortunately!) - will pay even more attention to the posture from now on though.
