Thanks Adam, I personally registered with so many sites, and have had nightmares! So i feel that they will benefit more with a profile they can share on the social networks and have potential recruiters find them, resulting in a request for their CV should they like what they see. (profile will either be public or just available to see by recruiters registered) Job hunters can also link to the page they have or copy and paste from it at anytime. It came about as i was job hunting..and thought what if............... I thought it would be an idea to be able to link a profile for job hunting purposes on websites etc in order not to be writting the same stuff over and over! I am also hoping, as i see it, that it will save going through CV after CV as you will get a good prospective of said job hunter via their profile. |
