We became a combined Cheltenham and Cirencester meeting this morning with Trevor, Chris and Andy joining us as they miss their meeting tomorrow. Trevor being surrounded by the rest of his team obviously felt that he had to be on his best behaviour and booked all his 1-2-1s Good to see some new faces and the old ones misbehaved as usual. Mr Holt disappeared very quickly at the end possibly to avoid the fine tin but more likely to head off to confession.

Lots of healthy eating going on in the room, so Gail was in evidence if not in person. Jason and Sarah continue to shrink before our eyes & both maintain they are having a chocolate free EasterThe results are worth it!

Richard Lock as always gave us a thought provoking 4Sight and thankfully no-one who saw him 4Sight at Marlborough on uesday took on his tip of starting your 40 seconds with a joke, we can all remember how that can go wrong.

It was good to be back at Cirencester this morning, even thought I did have to sit next to the bossy Mrs B!

Ahhh!  The power of being 'Gailed'... the visual evidence of 4N peeps looking healthy and trim speaks for itself!  Off to Egypt over Easter (though not packed a thing!) so shall look forward to seeing you all on 19th looking as brown as a berry... naturally!  Happy Easter everyone! 

Good meeting this morning. I thought the naughty corner was well behaved as the birthday boy was absent. Personality Nature v nurture in 10 mins was a challenge, but fun.

France next for me, so lots of red nutrition as I don't do cheese or olives. (not packed either)

I found your talk very interesting Richard, and enjoyed meeting the rest of the group. Underlying the five key character traits and all the other 17, 995 are two fundamental motivations 1. To avoid suffering 2. To experience happiness.

I find it useful to remember this in all sorts of situations, as it means on the most fundamental level we are all essentially the same. These are not my ideas by the way, but I have discovered them to be true.
