Good afternoon 4N Another good turnout at Scunthorpe this morning even if it was directly after the Easter Break. Hello to our visitors Steve and Sarah, hope you enjoyed the meeting. Thank you to Karina Clappison for a very interesting and thought provoking 4Sight on eating your way back to health.
And last, but by no means least, yummy thank you to Chris Sharpe for bring in the most amazing chocolate brownies and carrot cake mini cupcakes. Truly scummy Next meeting is Tuesday 24th, book on here Bye for now

Great meeting fresh from the Easter break - andy quite buys too with a good turn out considering that we are still in the depths of Easter holiday's for many. I could have listened to Karina for ages - fantastic 4Sight with a refreshing angle, thanks so much for sharing your story with us. And as for Chris's goodies on the bumf table... Oh my word, had one of each and they were sublime! Especially the carrot cake muffins! What, with these and the tasters kindly provided by Ron of Marron wines, I think our bumf table was the tastiest I've ever seen! Good also to finally decide on a charity for our group. I've just taken a call from Group Leader Ben Wood who's volunteered to source the necessary collection tin for the Lincolnshire Air Ambulance so we can put it into practice at our next meeting. And finally - a warm welcome to new member, Steve Smith - may you enjoy many a meeting with us! Looking forward to next meeting now! |
