Hello all. I actually live in Tenerife, so I guess I won't make many UK networking events, but having read GOYA and currently reading GOYA Too I feel I have now been 'Bradded' and thought I would look into becoming a 4N forum member. That said, I hope that living in Tenerife has not gone against the T's and C's of the 4N forum or Company...I haven't read the T's and C's...who does?, but I hope it's OK. I have my own estate agency here in Tenerife and am trying to run it on a slightly different slant. Giving people who want to come to Tenerife a guide to the Island and what we have to offer. I also do videos of properties that I have for sale...I used to only do videos for villas I had for sale, but have now decided that this is going to be my slant, and so I will now be doing videos of most properties that I take on. I also do videos of cultural events, some of the towns and some of the activities that we have here too. If anybody is coming to Tenerife for a holiday and would like some info about where they intend to stay or what they could do while they are here, let me know and if I don't know, then I will easily find out. In Tenerife, estate agents work a bit differently to the UK - most of us work together i.e., someone may have a client who is interested in a property that I have, we work together on it and split the commission, so as I said in my title, thanks for having me, and although you could class working together here with different companies networking, it's the first time I have had anything to do with an actual networking company. You can find all of that, but there is much more to Tenerife than that...oh and I'm also making a living selling property on our lovely island of Tenerife. Let me know if anyone is having a trip here and if you have any questions about what to do and see let me know. I guess I won't make many 4Networking meetings in the UK, although when I am over next, I'll hopefully manage to get to one. |

I'll work my through the various threads and see if I can be of help to anyone and obviously see if I can get any assistance from anyone when I need it. @Brad...GOYA was a reccomendation while I was looking for a motivational (for motivational read "Kick up the arse") book. It had good reviews and so I bought it and GOYA Too...too. Well it was my birthday after all... A good read thanks and anyone who reads this post and hasn't read GOYA, it's worth the 5 or 6 quid to download on Kindle. Thanks again guys. |
