Wow what a fantastic meeting we had this morning at Thornbury, despite the weather we had a hardy bunch of souls who braved the elements to come along to support Nigel, Alison & Jude. It was great to see Javier Marti back in the 4N fold & he gave us a very thought provoking 4 sight on procrastination & on how best to deal with it. Great 1-2-1's with Pete McBride, Max Woodman & Jude Goss BOOK HERE for our next meeting on 9th May where our 4 sight will be from Claire Westwood

Thanks for an enjoyable meeting this morning, good to see everybody. Thanks to Javier for his interesting and practical talk. I would definately recommend some meditation, it is not self-indulgent, those around you will benefit as much as you! To obtain some guidance on what to do Google 'meditation resources' and take your pick. I am also happy to offer advice based on my own personal experience. If anybody is interested please ask when you see me.
