So, new venue, new breakfast, new passporters, new feel. All with the added bonus of being able to park your car! What more could you ask for from 4Networking?
Did everyone enjoy today's meeting?
Did you all have good 1 - 1's?
Did you enjoy the breakfast?
Of course you did I know we had a few teething problems, it was always going to happen, but I'm confident these will be ironed out for next time. We debated long and hard about moving so keep the faith; at the end of the day, WE are what makes our networking great, sure the venue helps, but it is us who are in business and us who are there to do business, so let's do it! And, we now have a fully operational, complete team, thanks to you all
Great 4Sight from Rachael Taplin - tap her up online (see what I did there) to get some great advice on PR
As always, brilliant 40seconds from Phil Millership, thanks Phil
Ian Richards, you're not short, you didn't need to stand on a chair to be seen - but I guess it helps eh |

Gosh I've missed you all. Ages since I have been to Stratford 4N meeting. Love the venue but am probably biased as I have offices there anyway.
Well run meeting Tom, and great to see so many new faces, and old ones come to that ( Mike Seddon) Really great 4sight from Rachel with some fantastis tips. |

Tom, I'm normally the one that has to stand on a chair, being vertically challenged and all that! On a more serious note though, I thought the venue was good. Ample parking, plenty of room to network and an enclosed room with no distractions. When at networking events my mind isn't normally focused on what there is to eat. As long as there's tea, coffee and apple juice that looks like Brandy, I'm happy! :-) Looking forward to seeing everyone at the next meeting. |

I thought that the meeting went brilliantly well ! I mean, are we really looking for slick, seemless stuff here ? Personally,no and I for one wouldn't enjoy things as much.Networking is,afterall, getting to know people for who they really are.Their true personalities, their wants and needs, their senses of humour and what really makes them tick. That is what I find really unique about 4N.It showcases individuals and how they really are. So well done Tom,as usual. You and the team did great. The venue was absolutely fine so a big thank you to Guy and his team for that.I had some great 1-2-1's today with Jon Harrison,Julie Selbie-Clark and Mark Treverton.Really enjoyed talking to you all,so thank you.And interesting that myself and Mark have so much in common !!!! Bring on the next one ! |

I really enjoyed the meeting too....I've only been a 4N member for a couple of months and I feel I'm making so many friends I thought the 4 Sight from Rachael was very interesting. Well done to all the team for all your hard work regarding the move. Looking forward to seeing you all next time. Carol |

Loving the feedback here from all of you and the fact that you're on the forum. This is fantastic, really, I mean it. Spread the word, how about we nab a visitor or two to come along next time, just think of the buzz we can create??? Visitors and new members is what it's all about, it's what makes NETworking WORK. Cool, I like that. Oh and remember, use your passport, get around to some other 4N meetings too, variety is the spice of life |

I'm also really glad with the positive responce. It took both me and Tom a long time to make the decision and it definitely wasn't taken lightly. The team want to make sure you all get the most out of Stratford 4N. This morning was great, fab people & lots of laughs. Even if I did miss 15 mins trying to get a coffee from another room!! Actually that might have been my problem today. I had a proper coffee not decaf & it made me a bit nuts!!
(think I got away with that)!! |

Tom / Amanda, Hat's off to yor both. It was a brave decision moving but also I think a necessary one. The Falcon was a lovely venue with superb breakfast and nicely placed in the centre of Stratford. It would have been so easy to stay. However as you spotted, parking meant the group was never going to grow beyond 20 and eventually I suspect numbers would fall. The new venue doesn't have the same "luxury" but personally I think it's got lots going for it. Ok, so this first meeting had it's problems but you could fault the friendliness and willingness of the people there to sort things out. Parking was a dream. Let me say that again. We were in Stratford and PARKING WAS A DREAM!!!! As for Caroline's comment about meeting old faces like mine, we'll let that pass. This once!! Oh, and I should probably declare a bias for the venue because since going there I now also have an office there as well! Cheers Mike |
