4N Woodbridge launch went without a hitch at all, mixture of members and first time visitors. Ops Assistant paid hers in £1 coins to make sure there was a float of change but hardly needed it. |

All went well at Nottingham this morning There was a big pile of pound coins on table when I arrived (late) Didnt hear a single person muttering about extra charge & I was there until almost noon continuing with 1-2s |

No Problems at Castleford or Doncaster this morning, plenty of attendees had the correct change. Also the group teams were well prepared with change. In fact at Castleford David Cole (OA) had a pile of £1 when cashing up, must have been around £30 |

No problems I could see at Wycombe this morning. I was tempted take a £50 note just to see the look on our OA's face but when did I last have a 50 quid not in my wallet! It was, of course, terribly difficult to find two pound coins as well as a £10 note :) I had to take two hours out of my day to ensure I had an adequate plan to have enough pound coins deal with my 4N meetings this week. Turns out, after exhaustive research, I almost always have enough change on me without doing anything special, who'd have thought! |

Yep no probs at Wetherby yesterday either. Ops assistant had got a shed load of pound coins just in case but most people brought change anyway and not once did I hear anyone even mention the increase. We signed up a first time visitor on the spot too so I really don't see it as an issue now... I think if £2 was the difference of you coming to a meeting or not then you have bigger biz problems tbh... Cheers Richard |

In fact at Castleford David Cole (OA) had a pile of £1 when cashing up, must have been around £30 Out of 27 people who attended, only one brought a £20. Don't want to single him out so I will just call him Mr P...

Everything went smoothly at Sheffield too. At 11pm last night, , I scraped together loads of change in £3 bundles just in case we didnt have enough £1. Everyone brought change, and no one thought any different. |

Good job you reminded me. I will look down the back of the sofa for the 2 quid. Hope Trevor has got a bag of change Friday in Cheltenham. See there! |
