Thanks to everyone who made it over to Stratford today, a great meeting, loads of energy in the room, lots of amazing 1-1's going on I could see. Very deep 4Sight from Russell Hewer who gave us the Buddhists view of relationships, thank you Russ. Some poor jokes being told during the 40 seconds round - best stick to the day jobs! (Knock Knock) Loads of energy in the 40 seconds round and during the 1-1's. Great to see some Passporters making it over from further afield as well, thanks Kirstie, Caroline (loving your new profile pic!), Andy. Not forgetting our visitor Andy Earles this week, thanks for coming. I hope you liked some or all of it and that you'll come back for a second viewing! However, I have an announcement. Just when you thought it was safe to park, it's all change again folks. Okay, so our 2nd week at Stratford Business Services went well. Everyone had a parking space and the food situation was just about sorted. There is a big BUT coming...... Due to administrative circumstances way beyond our control, sprung upon us today and in order to secure the future of our fantastic group we are moving back to the Falcon Hotel, yes, that's BACK to The Falcon. Before you all moan about the parking (there are in fact 82 spaces), the builders are leaving tomorrow so they won't be there on the 24th when we return. The Hotel has agreed to keep spaces aside for us and wants to co-operate to keep the meeting taking place in the hotel as they love us so much. Besides, I know you all miss the outstanding breakfast there, easily renowned as THE best on the 4N Circuit! So, about turn, re-programme your SAT-NAV's to Chapel Street CV37 6HA and I will see you ALL (and more) back in the centre of town on the 24th, book in here to secure your place, let's make it a BIG ONE. |

I can't hide my enthusiasm for returning to the Falcon. With the parking sorted it will be back as the winner for me. Whilst I quite liked the idea of SBS, I couldn't quite settle, though I have to say, the reason for the return is far greater than me and my foibles. |

Indeed, another great meeting today,(my second 4N meeting this week).I also have always enjoyed The Falcon, but I also thought that SBS made a good venue.A big thank you to Guy.I am truly sorry that we are parting company for so many reasons ! Another great 4Sight from our friend Russell Hewer, who, quite frankly,I could listen to all day !I met Russell a few weeks ago at Rugby and was fortunate to be able to 1-2-1 with him then.An amazing journey and an even more amazing vision.I wish him well in all that he does and in particular, with his volunteer work that he is engaged with at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Also great to talk 1-2-1 with Chris Hume,Mark Northall and Mike Seddon.Always good to get to know people better. That's why 4N really works isn't it ? All in all,a very inspiring, motivational and for me personally, life changing day. |

An awesome meeting today
Kirstie, don't worry, the first time I saw Russ's 4sight I was group leading and when he finished I was in such a state I couldn't finish the script and someone had to take over from me See you all next time at the Falcon xx |

I wanted to thank all of you for letting me make a foresight about my belief in making extraordinary connections in networking for business and personal success that is natural and universal. I have noticed that the institutive sense of the group changes when I delivery my foresight depending on the openness of the group and I felt this group the most open and inviting to date. I have had some amazing feedback from people who have attended and it makes me think that many people really believe that trust comes in 7 seconds and is not a process. That means that MEET - LIKE - KNOW - TRUST is a fallacy and we are bought into that because of our rational conditioned minds. I have also noticed that after the foresight, the interaction of the first 121 is very reflective and mindful. It seems that many people bring my thoughts in the foresight into their 121 conversation and look at the way they communicate. This has given me encouragement to bring this to a wider audience outside the 4N network and would like your help and assistance to give me some recommendations on whom and what groups would benefit from this type of direct presentation? You can email me at russ.hewer@virgin.net I have also recruited two people to the Child Death Helpline, one through the 4N forum and the other from my Facebook. We need to get new volunteers as we have lost some volunteers recently and this makes it a challenge to man the helpline. I will cut and paste details on the child death helpline now so I apologies if you have seen this before. Please spend 5 minutes to look at the video which will give you some reasons to become a volunteer and how the helpline works for the bereaved parents. We are all volunteers who have been child bereaved and take calls for parents or siblings that are going through child bereavement including pre-born. We also take calls from professionals dealing with child bereavement. We need to increase our profile so please share this video? We also need a patron who can help increase our profile and we also need new volunteers as we have lost some in recent months. Please spend a little time to watch the video and share it. My postings about the Child Death Helpline have helped bring volunteers to the CDH so forgive me if you have seen it before. http://youtu.be/F9zxbrPJaxE http://www.childdeathhelpline.org.uk/index.htm FREEPHONE 0800 282 986 from a landline or 0808 800 6019 from any mobile

It is still tomorrow and I have done Coventry this morning! Thanks for the note, Tom, I do like the Falcon as a venue and respect your reasons for leaving it and for going back! Thanks to Russel for a mindfull foresight - mostly business doesn't do 'heart' very well but there was a palpable change in atmosphere within the meeting as the talk progressed. That's 'energy'. And it does show that all of us have it. ian x |
