Thanks Jim.  That's a great idea!  I tried to contact someone today and the contact had left the company and the offices had moved since we spoke 6 months ago.  Contacts can quickly become out of date.

If anyone is doing a campaign such as attending an exhibition, I would equally be happy to ensure leads are entered in to the database to be followed up.
