Another brilliant meeting at 4N Harlow!

Lovely to see everyone again at 4N Harlow - a brilliant turnout and we were delighted to welcome our visitors!

A lively meeting, as always (!) with some great 40-second slots. We learnt where to go if we needed to clean a special carpet that we otherwise thought would never be restored; and who we could speak to to install a state-of-the-art home cinema system to sit beautifully on that carpet. We also know who to talk to if we suffer from the dreaded hayfever, assuming we get a summer, but if we don't, we know where to go if we want to travel further afield to top up our tans! And not to forget that to make our businesses run like well oiled machines, there were excellent 40-second slots from people who can help us get our websites working harder, avoid an IT meltdown and save us money on our business utilities.

Our 4 Sighter was Karen Daniels of Forever Living, educating us about the benefits of aloe vera. I had no idea that people had been using it to treat all manner of things for the past 4,000 years, and that famous explorers such as Columbus and Marco Polo kept themselves healthy on their travels by taking advantage of this nutrient-rich plant. One of the highlights of the talk was the fact that Karen snipped off a leaf from her aloe plant so we could experience the aloe vera extractl first hand. It certainly made an impression on some members, who now want to grow their own aloe farm! Today, aloe vera is used in so many products, to help with a wide range of ailments, from boosting your immunity, to helping with digestive problems, to giving you glowing skin and bundles of energy.

Thanks once again to everyone who attended, and to the 4N Harlow Team who made sure that everything ran smoothly. Special thanks go to Chris Ives who did an excellent job stepping into Group Leader duties. I look forward to seeing many of you again at the next meeting on Wednesday 6th June - the 4 Sight is going to be an excellent talk by John Kettley of The Sales Masters Guild, who'll be showing us Selling Made Easy. I think it'll be one to clear your diary for - I know I will!

Good meeting today, nice to see Harlows numbers back up beyon 20 with 5 visitors as well today.

Yes the meeting was a good one!

Very interesting talk on Aloe Vera by karen Daniels, I think the plant was lucky to escape in one bit, there were several suggestions and quieries relating to eating/smoking/cooking it!
