Stratford at the Falcon, with a twist

Where do I start with this morning's meeting?  From a shaky start with a leaking ceiling (as Neil Sayer said), us Taffs taking Leaks to the next level, eh Amanda?

I think our visitor, Anthony Morris enjoyed himself and made some good contacts, I certainly have a couple for him which I will be passing over.

I set a theme of BIRDS for the 40 seconds and am really pleased that those who remembered leapt out of their "nest" and "flew" to the challenge, there were some "cracking" 40 seconds there and those who had forgotten, mnanaged to "wing" it didn't they Matt Baxter??

Fantastic 4Sight by Caroline Woodward who stepped into the breach after poor Ian Richards was feeling well under the weather.

It was a truly "eggselent" meeting and I thank you all for coming over to Stratford, it's great to be back at the Falcon.

I look forward to the comments on this thread, cheesy or otherwise, but don;t make them "seedy" will you?

For those eagled eyed ones amongst us who were swift enough to not fall fowl of the leak, we were tweeted to aviary bird related morning.  If you can sparrow a few seconds of your time please thank the very pheasant  Andy Sawers, Matt Baxter for their 1-2-1's.  Oops, I missed out the wonderful Caroline Woodward, I hate it wren that happens!

Great to be back at the Falcon for yet another hearty breakfast 4N style, washed down with a hot cup of nest-cafe.

Not wanting to ruffle and feathers but the only thing missing was that great tit Alan.  I heard he chickened out.

I'm gonna fly now, although some may say I should duck off!

Some very clever stuff going on here.  I am not and cannot compete with the quality.  Talking of quality - a quality breakfast and not just the food.  The members are fantatsic and I didn't get to speak with all of them.  Tom, you and Amanda do a wonderful job and it REALLY is appreciated.  I hope Ian is feeling better.  Hoping to see you in two weeks time - especially as not going to Brussels now - any vegetable jokes?

Oh challenge!  Mind you don't get a cauliflower ear!  Cos you know I don't like violence.  I know your greens with envy.  Lime(y) you're good though.  This really is mashing my brain.  Peas don't do any more.  Butternut Squash the rumours that Straford is the place to be!  Must get back to work!!!!
