Hello everyone The 4N South Wales membership are incredibly proud to share that Cwmbran member John Harris, Gold Medal paralympian will today be carrying the olympic flame through the streets of South Wales. John who won gold in the 1984 Olympics is an absolute star in so many ways and this week I was captivated during his 4sight at 4N Abergavenny where he shared his life story and passions. I can without a doubt say it is the best 4sight I have seen (approx 190 I think so far!). If you get a chance get to see John speak - he is fantastic! John is now a public speaker and works tirelessly with children to share his positive experiences. Great stuff John - 4N South Wales salute you Michelle Regional Leader - South Wales |

On Wednesday at 4N Abergavenny I saw the best 4sight I'm ever likely to see. John is a true inspiration and I'm just packing the camera bag ready to get some great shots of John's proud moment today. I can't wait!
