Many thanks to David Norrington of Onion Custard Performance Coaching for his inspiring 4Sight to-day at Porthcawl - So Whats your excuse? David asked for descriptions of projects we are thinking about doing, or ones that we have on hold, and what is stopping us from completing them. I mentioned drawing out a list of clients who always click open our newsletter e-mails and click on the links and to set them up as a special group. A simple task I keep putting off. I came up with a number of excuses of why I hadn't done this to date. I needed a trigger point to spur me on. So David's challenge to me was to write this thread, publicise that I'm going to complete this challenge and to report back when completed. A great meeting had by all. |

Many thanks David for a thought-provoking 4sight; I've now decided to tackle all the boxes of stuff accumulating since I moved 11 years ago, business, personal etc and I have 1 month in which to do it. 30th June and my life should be straight!! Special mailing group completed, suprising what you can achieve after setting a public deadline. A 30 min task which has been put off and off finally done. Thought we had a new regional leader after seeing the new profile pic. Can't hide that smile though. |

Glad to see some real results came from this short 4sight - I have loads of ways of helping people to get more done without having to stay up until 1am to do it. My goodness, that almost looked like a sales pitch!!!
