Calling all businesses who have need to have their telephones answered 24/7. Does anyone have a reliable and reasonably priced service they can recommend please? Preferably close to Birmingham.

I initially started off with their answer service for times when nobody was in the office. This has been excellent and I've been so impressed I've recently upgraded to their virtual reception service so they now handle all our calls Hope this helps Richard

If you want another option, then Karen Thurley of RED is an absolute delight to deal with, known her 2+ years now and her professionalism shows in her business and her team. RED (or used to be KendleBell Swindon) also run the Make It Happen Monday desk and did the 4N support desk until recently. Red are based in Highworth, Wiltshire, an hour and half or so from Birmingham. I will point Karen to this thread |
