Search Engine Text on profile.....what do i write

Sounds daft but what should i put? Single words or phrases, do i just leave a space or use commas? Should i use a phrase where there's less competition on google? (A classic example of me knowing a bit but not a lot!) This is probably really obvious but I'm not clied up on SEO etc so would appreciate some guidance and the more of you SEO guys that can post the better as this would probably be of use to around half the people on this forum. It's actually a very good question, although when I look in webmaster I have found that the favourite links on the left hand side are more valuable for SEO purposes - just get the anchor text as the search term.... |

Thanks Adam. In the interest of making this a "dummies" guide (ie I don't know) does that mean if you sold gold pated widgets you would have the link on the left to your website but it would show "gold plated widgets" ? |

Anyway, get your links in there with relevant anchor text. like below...

Gareth, although you can type anything you like there, if a Google search finds your 4N profile, it's those 200 characters that appear under the link.
