Hello

We already have an Ebay shop however; every time we list a unit we may use more than 1x image and for every extra image we are charged say 30p - as you can imagine this extra image and others can mount up in costs to us so,

I have this listing as an example (see below)

The listing is not one of ours but, they seem to have it right i.e. list one image and add loads in the description - so, my questions is - How do we do this ourselves?

they appear to be using http://photobucket.com/ to store pictures and then insert them via HTML code. I seem to recall the eBay upload software Turbolister lets you add listing with HTML code.

I've never listed via the website, I've always used Turbolister or other programs.

But this is how they are getting around it.

Dave, adding the images via code is quite simple, see below.

<img src=" image url here " alt="image description" />

When in an eBay listing, there will be a tab above the editor which says HTML and you can add the code above to add HTML code which will show the images.

I use dropbox for my images, which then you just put the url in the code and voila an image appears

CLOSED

Gareth and Chris - thank you both for coming to my rescue, once you get used to adding this extra bit of coding everything runs easy

By the way - I have predicted a savings of £1,250 other the year by adding the coding - so, once again thanks lads

Just to let you know that if you are adding listings via TurboLister any time eBay are advertising "free listings" that they don't qualify.

Hello Dave

Do not worry as the images are taken from my own website hosting section so, TurboLister is not a worry
