I looked at BB in December last year, and wasn't convinced - having just viewed an extract from the manual put together by someone involved out of the goodness of his heart, I am rather convinced it is not kosher, but before I confirm that for certain, I have some questions for Alan ........ There are certain items, I am unable to confirm and it is these that are ringing alarm bells, so can you help, please?
What is the UK Vat number for BB? I await your response. |

Hi Laurence, I have stumbled across this post today, researching how many Banners Broker agents are in 4n, and found your thread. I can only speak from my own personal experience, and since joining back in March I am more than happy with the business, how it operates, how professional it is and how it conducts itself. Yes they have had teething problems, as you would expect of any company that is growing at such an expediential rate. BB is very good at taking critique from members and acting on it. An example of that is the new Version of software 2.5 – much enhanced making it simple and easy for their members to continue building their own businesses. Furthermore a massive investment recently on their own server infrastructure, coupled with a new office move in Canada, new support staff again improving the overall look and feel of the business for its members. Whilst I don’t have answers to all your questions below, I hope to give some clarity on the ones I can answer. UK VAT number – 127 4822 13 Full company name – Banners Broker International. & Banners Broker UK Limited (there are others around the globe) Company reg number – 07780124 – UK office. Company Director – Mrs Lesley Sequeira - UK The company is private, always will be. Banners Broker does not need to go public to raise capital. Cash rich and self funding. Currently I do not know who they bank with – I suspect it is with a number of banks, again due to their exponential growth. all of which I “suspect” are off shore. Twice monthly a payment run is conducted by BB to all members. Not 30 days as stated. Premium members get the benefit of drawing larger amounts should they wish to monthly. Payments to members will be enhanced once the Master Card Credit Cards are in full use. $35 for the master card – one off charge. I am sure you will agree with me that any company endorsed and working with Master Card would have to be scrutinised financially to ensure they are ‘squeaky’ clean.. Banners Brokers is a legitimate, cash rich company that is growing by the day, thanks to many thousands of satisfied members. If you would still like to do some more due diligence, I would recommend you join for FREE and take a good look around the business, watch the seminars, listen to the webinars to give you clarity and confidence in this very unique business. Feel free to use my link - Http://www.bannersbroker.com/JoSpencer Regards, Jo |

I have been looking at this but am still rather confused. Maybe you can help? If the company are doing so well, and are cash rich, why are they recruiting people as agents and having to pay them part of the profit? Why don't they just do it all themselves and keep all the profit themselves? I would like to take a legit opportunity to make money but can't help feeling there's a catch somewhere |

Hi Guys, thanks for your comments, The simple answer is that Banners Broker want to be a big as Google and need their members to continue growing the business for them. That way they keep their overheads to a min, no massive staff to manage, recruit etc. A simple idea if you think about it. By sharing ’part’ of their own profits they continue to grow their business exponentially. BB has over 100,000 affiliates now worldwide and have paid out over $200 million in commissions to date ! The company has long term plans, these were announced at their recent European launch in Portugal. Furthermore, they announced that BB has made in 24 months some 15 millionaires since conception too.. If anyone wants more info, please PM me. Absolutely No pressure it is completely free to join the business. Once you have an account will have access to the complete back office, coupled with all the company webinars, tutorials and details of how to get started (should you decide to) I can only speak from personal experience, and I am 100% happy with my results and how the company operates, as are many thousands of other very happy BB members. Hope that helps? Please get in touch if you would like more details. Jo.

I use Banners Broker and have been loving it so far. A lot of questions do get raised about the tax implications however. As typically you would have be registered as self employed to undertake this venture although I am looking at the legal ramifications of doing this as a limited company instead - depends really on who "owns" the Banners Broker account in HMRC's eyes. |

Hi Luke, good to hear you are enjoying the ride. I have a referral who has signed up and registered as a Limited Company. Once they decided to liquidate their funds, they will simply ask for a STP or similar transaction straight into their company bank account and pay corp tax on that. They have funded the account with a company credit card and have uploaded a copy of their company registration details and proof of address. The initial transaction was put down as ‘marketing/advertising’ which is of course what you are buying. All seems to be Ok thus far and they are happy with the results from their Black Package. Not that it matters but they decided to go with the new managed service, as they are too busy running their own business to lean this one too.
