Decided to have a break so looking for a holiday cottage for 4 adults (3 bedrooms) and 1 well behaved dog. Dates 24 th August for one week , south-ish but open to anywhere really. So if you have a holiday place or know someone or can point me in the right direction it would e much appreciated. |

We've just come back from a long weekend in Salcombe, we rented a cottage and were 4 adults. I grew up there, so perhaps biased but I'd highly recommend it. Gorgeous cottage on the waterfront, and we rented a boat for the weekend. A nice affluent town that prices out the lower ends of society. Hi Gordon, This link is for my fiance's uncle's house. Clovelly House, in Lynmouth. It does say no pets, but the house next door is owned by the brother of the owner, so they may take dogs. I can ask for you, should you be interested. Kind Regards, Aliz |

Thanks for all the help, musch appreciated. Been looking through all the info you kndly let me have and as yet we have not come close to a decision. Starting a holiday on a bank holiday weekend was not the wisest decision but onwards we go. |
