Hi Gavin, Many thanks for that! The canon 5600 is a great little scanner, not too expensive, not too big, and very reasonably priced £140 ish... and great scanning resolution. It depends what level you're looking at of course, but I would say it is semi-professional. Hope that helps. Lisa :)
