I saw him live with jimmy Edwards in "Big Bad Mouse". Absolutely hilarious - i wish they'd repeat the TV film of it. I also have a vague recollection of a very funny, and surreal, TV sketch show. I've read his autobiography and it's well worth a read, if not particularly funny, with some fascinating stories of people he met - including Idi Amin. |

Trevor - I have tried to watch it on YouTube a couple of times but it keeps getting stuck after a few minutes (maybe there is a lot of people downloading it) I will try again later because I have just got my grandson interested in the humour of Tommy Cooper - He keeps insisting that Tommy Cooper is wearing Dr Who's fez though. |

Just heard in the local that one of the boys won £168 on the 'Death list' thing that one can subscribe to - first i've herad of it (i know, sheltered life) My first thoughts were what a bunch of sicko's but then I started thinking well, now i'm not sure, all a bit of fun maybe it's OK! Difficult one! Advertising ombudsman says the worst thing you could do for advertising is mock death!
