4N Harlow was shockingly good!

So much so that I'm still reeling! We started off again with the 40s, led by acting Group Leader of Nicola Grace of E W Grace Glass who, might I add, did a fantastic job! We were delighted to welcome visitor Maria Tillet-Hayes of St. Clare Hospice. Not only does 4N Harlow support the Hospice when members get into trouble with Fun Fines (you know who you are) but Maria told us about some great opportunities for members to gain exposure for their businesses, whilst supporting a very worthy cause.
It was also a pleasure to see Passporters Lesley Morrissey of Inside News Ltd. and Simon Berry of Credit & Business Finance. Lesley reminded us that it's the community aspect that works so well in 4N - we often have great contacts for each other, and because we move around and connect at meetings and online, those opportunities don't get lost. Simon educated us on the very real problem of customers who can't/won't pay, and how he can help protect businesses before they find themselves in these situations. Don't forget to book in for the next meeting on Wednesday 18th July - as always, places fill up fast! Our 4 Sighter will be Ian Slocombe of Slocolec, who will be telling us what we can do before we need to call an electrician. Sound advice indeed! |

Firstly, a huge hug and thank you to Nicola for Guest Group Leading our Harlow meeting -- brilliant job, albeit not to time. We all really appreciate the effort and time put into 4N by Angie and are delighted to know that she will continue to visit the Church Gate Hotel. Superb 4Sight from Neil Andrew on how to use a de-fibrillator machine. His delivery was enhanced by reference to pierced nipples, position of the breasts, headless bodies, and how to deal with collapsed Arsenal fans. Nonetheless, we all learnt how t |

Thank you to Chris Ives for his kind words and thanks, thank you Sarada for the above mentions! Such a different atmosphere to the meeting on friday, how warm, relaxed and friendly! Great business being done as well! Neil Andrew's 4Sight on how to use the de-fibrillator was a necessity in many ways and highlights how poor the UK is for such implimentation of those simple measures that changes life and death! I was 'shocked' to find out that the defib doesnt start the heart but stops it!! Book Neil for a 4Sight or there may be serious consequencies!! See you in a fortnight!
