I've just opened "Indaxcon Consulting", a new division of my company Management & Safety Training Ltd, specialising in investigating/ preventing industrial accidents. Further details are available on www.indaxcon.org.

This new division - in which I will act as the Principal Investigator - is intended specifically to investigate and prevent industrial accidents nationally and internationally.

We believe Indaxcon will fill a significant gap in the health & safety arena since most accident investigation companies currently fall into one of two categories. Either they specialise in VEHICLE accidents, not industrial, or their service is provided by a health & safety consultant who has little or no investigations experience.

Indaxcon is different on both counts.

The service is aimed specifically at providing companies with an INDUSTRIAL accident investigation/ prevention service, and the Principal Investigator (me!) has some years' prior experience as a specialist investigator with two leading UK law enforcement agencies.

Hence I understand how the inspector's mind works when he (or she) is conducting an accident investigation, and as a chartered safety practitioner and CMIOSH I have the technical knowledge to understand - and, if necessary, challenge - the investigation findings.

Please feel free to contact me directly via 01934 865 144 or info@indaxcon.org for an informal, and free, initial consultation.
