Hey Liam,

Just looked at your site and thought it was great! When will you be doing operation six pack again? Because I think my boyfriend would be interested in that!  Very tempted to sign up for it myself, though I'm a gluten-free veggie, who doesn't eat fish either... is that a problem? 

I do very much need some motivation to exercise, and your prices for signing up are very reasonable! Far cheaper than going to a gym or getting a personal trainer.

Thanks so much for the positive feedback, I really appreciate it!

The next mission is Operation Going For Gold which starts on Monday 30th.  The mission - 28 days to unleash your inner athlete! Certainly worth trying if your boyfriend wants to get lean and if you need some support to get fit.  And being a gluten-free veggie is no problem at all, if you opt for the Bespoke Plan your meal plan would be tailored around your food preferences.  There were two vegans and at least 10 vegetarians on the last mission, so there are lots of delicious veggie recipes.

And if you're not ready for this mission, feel free to join the OSP Facebook group anyway and watch how it all works...

Hello Liam,

You're welcome! I have joined the facebook group, and am becoming more and more tempted to sign up, will be writing my next book in August, and usually when writing, eating well and doing any exercise goes right out the window, and this time I want to do things differently!

My boyfriend will be away when Going for Gold is on, but I've sent him the link, maybe he'll be up for the next one! (He'll certainly be impressed that I'm thinking of doing it!)
