Hi All Yes its that time again, doesnt it come round so quick!! Crazy Cowbridge is back this week and with all the sunshine we are having why not come join us at Bar44 this Thursday and get the true Mediterranean vibe to set you up for the weekend. Those of you who missed the last meeting...... Im disappointed that you did...... I 4sighted on TaeKwondo. We really did get the energy going in the room. Check out the video to see what you missed. This week we have Mike Hancock 4sighting on "do you really know whats in the air that you breath". It would be fab to see as many of you there as possible.
