Mouth to Mouth at Braintree

Oh okay, not quite Mouth to Mouth but resuscitation nonetheless!  I'm sure you will all join me in congratulating Neil on his fabulous 4Sight.....informative, insightful and in parts shocking (pardon the pun!) - given that schools dont provide defib equipment as a matter of course ....I for one will certainly be championing this throughout schools where I can......I was only too delighted that we didn't need the defrib to bring the audience alive...just shows how engaging and interesting our 40 seconds are.....and in Sam's case, incredibly succinct!

Great to have 2 visitors today to add to the organised chaos...thanks to Dan of Simpsons Creative (I hope everyone was gentle with you!) and to Caz for joining us today......(Caz I trust Mr Pink returned the magnets to you in the same condition you gave to him!)....I do hope you will both join us again at Dunmow/Braintree...

Huge congratulations to Sean on his promotion to Partner at Lambert Chapman....thoroughly deserved of course and look forward to hearing of your continued success...

A personal note of thanks to Gemma (great to see you on the circuit again after all this time), Neil of Flexible Training and Charlie Brown for wonderful 1-2-1's......although 10 minutes is never long enough....(perhaps that's because I'm female and like pringles, once I start I cannot stop!!)...

Finally, thanks to you all for making Dunmow Braintree such an enthusiastic, friendly, welcoming, humurous place to be ...such a fab way to start the day.....

Wonderful meeting with Shelley working her magic and Nuala doubling up as MA and OA --- great work ladies, so proud of your commitment to 4N at Dunmow/Braintree.

Thanks to Neil for demonstrating the art of 'defibrillation' with interesting remarks about nipple position and shaving of hairy chests. You are very adept at conveying a seriously important subject along with appropriate use of humour.

Engaging 1 to 1's with Caz ( never touched her magnets ), Jeremy ( I'm totally on board with your approach to networking---keep at it! ) and a threesome with Neil & Karen ( neither Karen or I were made to expose our chests! )

I will take away Shelley's comment above ..." once I start I cannot stop ".......albeit applied to pringles, I believe it also describes her tireless pursuit to Group Leading such a fantastic meeting.  Did you think I was about to make reference to imbibing alcohol?

Finally, I hope we'll be seeing Caz and Daniel at a future meeting and thanks for joining us this morning.   

Oh yes.....Lisa and Fliss .............you were missed by us all.

I never, ever come away from a Braintree 4N without learning something new - and today was certainly no exception!  

Many thanks to Neil for his explanatory demo of the use of the defibrillator.  I really had no idea these were available for use in so many public places.  Neil's method of combining a serious subject with his own brand of humour definitely got us all paying full attention ...  

Great to have a 1-2-1 with Dan from Simpsons Creative, Chandler from Potentia Performance, and with Neil who told me he was once a beach lifeguard at Lowestoft and, yes, he did have one of those float things under his arm a la Baywatch!  Those ten minutes are just never enough though.

Big thanks to Shelley and to Chris for encouraging me to take "double bubble" this morning re my work with AMMF - The Cholangiocarcinoma Charity.  That extra time was much appreciated, and meant a bit more awareness was raised - yay!

Fantastic morning and Neil was simply brilliant about how to save someone life!! not everyday you get to kearn about that. I'm learning so much about so many people and all the great business they are involved in. Fantastic 1-2-1 with Karen Daniels fron the FLP business, Ian Slocombe... will be great to find out more from you sir! and Gemma Beeston of Livetel... what nerves? looking forward to finging out more about your biz.

I look forward to meeting many more of the Braintree team and ensuring that our individual business thrives in this ecomonic uncertain times. The positive attitude I saw today was testament to the backbone of Britain... built on entrepreneurs who want to create more by helping others...I salute you all

Totally agree - an extremely interesting 4sight and I've been to London this pm and checked out the locations of the defib's at Liverpool Street! (that's not the only reason I went, but it certainly gave me something different to watch for on arrival)

What a fab meeting, very welcoming and such a great atmosphere, thank you for making me feel so welcome!

The foresight was fantastic - Neil presented it so clearly and put his own little twist to it, which made it very interesting and powerful!

Thank you Shelley for you 1-2-1 - so lovely to see you again too and Mr Pink has been singing your praises and I can see why - you do a great job of chairing the meeting - very relaxed but structured!  Also thank you again to Ian and Charlie - very nice to meet you both and look forward to finding out more about your businesses.

It was also nice to see Chandler again - he has really inspired me to get my injuries sorted out and listen to my body!  Week 2 of going to the gym at 6.30am - had a lovely swim this morning but it was a bit choppy as there were some Olympic swimmers in there doing their 100 miles or something!
