Banging the drums for Sutton meeting this Friday.

Yes, this Friday at The Greyhound we have a noisy 4sight from Mark Smith of Hypno-sis.com. This is an interactive demo on electric drums that will show how your mind views the instrument, and the link with physical actions – really looking forward to this 4sight. The drums are probably my favourite instrument (not that I play any but do like to hear a good beat!) We also have a guest group leader in Leonie Wright of Eat Wright this time so I can sit back and enjoy along with everyone else. If you have been to the Greyhound before you will know just how good the breakfast is and what a great venue too. If you have not joined us yet, then why not make this Friday 10th the date that you do? Hope to see you there for a fun, noisy end to your networking week.

I have just been witness to the most amazing 4sight from Mark Smith. I am so glad that we had plenty of time for questions afterwards as what he did was brilliant and so different from any other 4sight I have seen. Packed with facts about how we as humans, operate and tips on how to deal very easily with anxieties instead of going into melt down. And all this done whilst he kept up a soft back ground drum beat! Top notch breakfast as always too and thanks to everyone for making the meeting so good. |

Oh, and I must say huge thanks to Leonie Wright of Eat Wright for being our guest GL - Leonie sure does know how to keep a crowd in order and kept us beautifully on track. |

I had a great time this morning as guest group leader at 4N Sutton. Mark's 4 Sight was one of the best I have ever seen. Next to being a great drummer, he drummed while he talked to us, he also is a great thinker. Did you know that multi tasking does not exsist? Your brain can only do one thing at a time. If you try to do more than one thing you can become anxiuos and this can cause health issues. So a very wise lesson; do not overload it! If Mark is holding a 4Sight in your area go and see him! Thank you Sam and Theo for having me. |

I had a great time at my first 4 networking meeting and a very nice breakfast to. Today I met a financial adviser ,a web designer, magican and finally a drummer who was the most intriguing. Mark Smith taught me that it is best to do things one step at a time than try to do all things all at once, as it is a myth that people can multi task. The brain cannot multi task it shuts down if you are doing to many things. Have you ever experienced that when you are doing to much for your business? maybe you need to slow down and step back before you step forward. Also I good word to say most often when you are too busy is the word NO, sometimes the reason why we are to busy is because we are to scared to say no. Today I practiced saying NO because I did not want to rush into a decision I may regret later. Just SAY NO with a 'SMILE' I enjoyed today so much I am off to Guilford to look at businesses there. Enjoy and good luck networking with business minded people. |
