Lauren,  I think the website looks very informative and easy to navigate - if anything it is content heavy as people tend to have limited attention spans!

In terms of branding it really depends on what you are are trying to achieve - who is your target market? It has stand out as a name and because its unconventional will encourage curiosity - make the prospect ask what do you do e.t.c.  It's contemporary - i.e modern and simple which is fitting as you are in I.t / at the forefront of innovation and technology.  From an aesthetic point of view (and very subjectively) I think it lacks cohesion / imagination as a stand alone piece and only really comes into its own on the website when combined with other graphic icons on the header banners. 

its not bad, i would say it would need a bit more colour as it is too white. The text needs justified. i do like the banners on each page tho (the logo)

Looks very good - definitely a company that I would buy off judging JUST by the website. Well done.

Thanks to all for your comments, the white was chosen to keep the page "Clean"  more than anything.

Is the Live Chat feature something you would use whilst browsing the website? 

I always use live chat if i can! save having to hold a phone while yout trying to work!

Or use a headset or hands free

The website looks professional and corporate and this is to be commended. My challenge to you is to now read the content as if you were a prospect not someone who is proud of thier acheivements. Take each phrase that you have written and convert it to a benefit statement not a feature. In this way your Value Proposition will come alive , be clearer to the visitor and become more appealing. At present your business runs the risk of being a 'me too' .

Lauren, it looks very professional, very corporate. You should be pleased with it and proud of it. It says' 'we're the cloud people' loud and clear. If I were to suggest improvements they would be just these:

1. Increase the size of the body text, it's very hard to read if you are slightly visually impaired
2. I'd consider making it responsive. It displays on mobile devices but it would be better if it were responsive, so the user didn't have to zoom in.
3. Add a little more personality. You can do this without making massive changes to the site by taking a look at some of your graphics, text and typography.

I hope this helps. It's a good-looking website. These are just suggestions to make it even better. 

Hey quite a nice looking site, neat and tidy. I am a bit confused as to why your navigation jumps over the image after the home page.

Good overall use of images and nice styling. Logo could be bigger and quantity links on navigation makes it difficult to comprehend what i should press. Can’t products services and solutions be put under the same link in your navigation? Actually I would group everything from services to resources into a sub navigation which only becomes available from your main navigation. I generally believe that anything over 5 links on main navigation is overkill.

The site is generally very crisp and clean and like i said before good use of images.

The only other issue is it’s built for desktop so may not be as readable and easy to navigate on mobile and tablet devices.

Like Ash said look at the possibility of getting a responsive build done to increase clarity throughout the varying devices.
