Hello everyone, This is Rosemary Knight, the face of Kilmoth Property Investment, just dropping in to say hello before going to my very first 4networking event tomorrow morning in Wolverhampton. I have already had a friendly phone call from Mark, although I did actually miss the call but it was a nice touch and very friendly sounding voicemail left. So how do I/we serve? We find, fix, fill and manage properties that will give our clients a great return on their savings, equity etc. The key thing is that we make it simple. We have experience dealing with the process of buying and managing tenants. Most importantly ensuring the property or properties will have positive cashflow. Anyway, Just wanted to say hello!
