We tend to favour zoiper

Hi Eva Stephens Wink

I have gone off from softphones, but here are some you can try:

X-Lite 5 seems to now force you to sign up with softphone.com? Me not likey such enforcement.
X-Lite 4 didn't know that that existed, obviously missed it.
X-Lite 3 I have a version here you can have. Works. Can email it to you.

Two others: iSoftphone and Blink Lite (the latter available from the Mac App store)

What I use is a Siemens Gigaset S685IP, makes me independent from any computer.

eMail  contact on request (too much spam otherwise)

I only want softphones as the churn of students will be massive and I'm not sending them hardware to use.

Michael, THANK YOU for this.  Why did I even bother posting this thread when I could have just picked up the phone and asked you.

You're sure as hell just earned yourself another testimonial.
