	I had a whole load of photographs taken professionally and then chose one which I really like and use that everywhere. I personally feel extremely comfortable with my photo (but there were plenty of rejects) and have had many spontaneous positive comments from others about it, so I guess it's right. Do what feels right for you and your business. But whatever you do, make sure you have a photo on your profile so people recognise you.
