On-Live in trouble

For those of you that dont know about On-Live, it is a streaming video game service. You play games that are streamed to your TV like a movie. This meant you could pick and choose what games to play without buying them, you just bought a subscription package. Well it looks like they are in financial trouble. The vast majority of the staff have been fired and the assets have been purchased by an un-named party. |

I think this will turn in to a similar story to Digg. At one point Microsoft and others were offering big money to buy On-Live, but it now looks relativly worthless Was it just too ahead of its time or was the idea flawed? I think it was a bit of both |
