Wow I am so happy!!
I have known all along that Juice Plus works and is really good for you but this morning I got on the scales as I was feeling a little low and wanted to see if I could cheer myself up (I normally only weigh myself once a week) - 9lbs lost since Monday - I think that speaks for itself!!
Well I am a happy bunny again today. It is week 2 and I have lost another 2.5 lbs making a lovely 11.5lbs in 2 weeks.!!
I have to say I was a bit worried mid week as I broke my own rule of not getting on the scales too often and nothing had happened (in fact I had put on 0.5lbs)
So here is a good tip to follow:
Weigh yourself once per week at the same time, in the same place and wearing the same clothes (or none) if possible. This way you get an accurate picture of the progress you are making.
Speak again soon x
Feeling a bit gutted today.
I just weighed myself and have put on a couple of pounds. I have had a couple of pasta dishes over the last few days and feel really bloated so I guess this could account for it as I can't think of anything else (I know I have not been naughty!!) I am still really focused and will continue as normal.
Does anyone else have a problem with bloating after eating pasta or any other type of food?
*****************IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY I AM POSTING THESE UPDATES READ ON********************************
As you may know as well as running Helping Hands Office Services I am a Direct Distributor for Juice Plus.
Having attended a conference in Liverpool a few weeks ago I feel really motivated to share my story now as I no longer feel ashamed and like with Helping Hands I know that I can help people in this area of their lives too.
I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and Lupus, I am on Warfarin for life due to repeated DVT's and have an underactive thyroid. This is a receipe for a painful, un-active and over-weight lifestyle !!
I was introduced to Juice Plus just over a year ago and was persuaded to give it a try and I noticed a difference very quickly - my hair, skin and nails all improved and I lost nearly 2 stone in weight over the course of about 6 or 7 months (and I confess to not trying overly hard) but more than that I was able to cut down on my painkillers and some of my other medication.
Then in August this year Kevin and I celebrated our silver anniversary by having a holiday of a lifetime and guess what? I put all the weight back on again (all bar 3lbs!!) I lost faith and trudged through the few weeks after we got back and then came the conference...
There were stories told to make you weep but they also inspired me and when I got back I was determined that I would follow through this time. I lost 9lbs in my first week, which in itself is enough to spur me on.
If you want to follow my progress you can on my facebook page:
But for a more personal touch why not just pick up the phone and have a chat or message me.
I really do want to share this with anyone who wants a healthier lifestyle. If you know of anyone who you think would benefit from this please feel free to forward them this email.
Take care and I hope to hear from you soon.
Today I did a brave thing!!
I took a couple of photos of myself in just my underwear - one from the front and one from the side (for my eyes only) but when I reach my goal I will publish them and will be proud to show the world of how far I have come!!
