Wanted - QuickBooks Bookkeeper - Swindon area

We need to replace our existing bookkeeper who has just announced he isn't competent enough to get our books in order!!!

Are you QBO competent or do you know someone who is. Immediate start important.

I am a QuickBooks advisor and an accountant. I work remotely and have a small team to help me.

What volumes are you talking about?

Give me a ring as I am up the road in Ross On Wye so not that far away

When asking the question, you might wish to let interested parties know whether it is online or desktop quickBooks (I can cope with either). I also specialise in sorting out messes. See recent testimonials on my web site.

Regards

Penny

Hi Denis

I hope you are well.

Oh dear!  Well it's preferable to him carrying on and not letting on.

I offer a remote bookkeeping service and payroll if required.  With the benefit of cloud accounting software which is accessed online, we can maintain your records and you can still have access anytime, anywhere.  Taking advantage of the technology available means that you can either scan or photograph your purchase invoices and receipts and send them over to us.  Bank feeds are also available, meaning that we don't need copies of your physical bank statements.

If you don't currently use an online version of Quickbooks, you can transfer over easily to an online version or similar products such as Xero.

If you would like to have a chat, feel free to get in touch.

Kind regards

Karen

Thanks Karen. I appreciate cloud accounting is the way to go but we will want our accountant to physically hold our our hands now and again, so I think Congleton may be a bit far.

Hello, I use quick books for my own business, it’s really straightforward to use and you can clearly see your P&L.

i am in Worcester. Swindon is down the road a bit. Can set up a remote session or  we could meet in person.

I am no means an accountant, yet a techie / sales person running my own business.

Let me know what you need.

thanks

Thanks Joanne but I need a QBO expert to unravel a mess our accountant has created.
