I've deliberately switched my pedantic head off for the moment, but happy to review a revised version for typos, etc. when appropriate.

Some excellent observations and suggestions above. I would just add -

Page 9 - The 4Sight Slot. Amend second bullet to say '10 minute - your platform to share your knowledge and expertise and, as a result, promote yourself and your business.' thus putting the emphasis on the insight rather than the sales pitch.

Page 15 - Perhaps a mention of the £10 meeting fee as the current wording might suggest that the membership includes the cost of the sausages.

General - consistent use of 4Networking or 4networking throughout. Do not use 4N. This document is about getting our brand out there to new prospects and first time visitors. The use of '4N' should be reserved for use by existing members.

Format - this brochure has obviously been designed not just to issue at 4Networking meetings, but as a great hand-out for use at other netorking events, business conferences, etc. Will the final version have a facility to attach a business card (e.g. pre-cut slots) so that ALs, GLs, etc. can encourage any resulting enquiries to be directed to them?

In summary, an excellent document which puts the leaflet I was presented with from a 'rival' networking organisation at an event yesterday so far into the shade that I almost feel sorry for them.

Almost.

Congratulations to all involved.

Kevin

Brad, I can't open the link in your email so now I'm feeling left out and can't ogle the cute guy on p17...

Cute Guy is, according to Stef, Colin Hicks. Although Colin is extremely cute and works wonders with a dirty carpet, he was not the Cute Guy I originally referred to. I want a name for the 20-something on the left please.

  1. People attend because they want to. No compulsion to attend. No one is measuring attendance! Emphasis on this point would be good methinks
  2. Suppler relationships established are sometimes as valuable as new business acquired – not really highlighted on the welcome page
  3. Not a £10 contribution – don't like the “ tiny hide it away” font. It's a £10 cost - lets not fanny around with words like “contribution towards”

Yes, sums 4N up well. It's not too heavy, but it gets the point across well.

Good work Pizza Boy.
