Hi Im a new member my names Chris Billingham from Port Talbot

we are unitedm by our
awareness of ourselves as a separate entity, with a short life span
that begins and ends against our will and sustains itself helpless
before the forces of nature and of society. And, he continues,
this "separate, disunited existence" would be "an unbearable
prison" if it weren't for the ability to "reach out" and "unite"
ourselves in some form or another with other men and women,
and with the world outside.

So there we have it social and business meetings are good for your well being especially those who are self employed & work in isolation

Welcome to the forum, I agree with you. Most of us self employed business people do work in isolation and it is a great idea to actually get out and talk to people and do business at the same time. Great breakfast as well.
