Amongst yesterday's bad news about unemployment from JCB, Waterford Wedgewood etc. it was good to see that between them Morrisons (5,000), Sainsburys (4,000) and Iceland (2,500) are creating 11,500 new jobs this year. |

Those are big numbers of new jobs. Bigger than some of the reductions announced. I wonder why the BBC didnt front line this information! However, it is good to hear that not all is bad news, and that some businesses are growing. Businesses can, and many do, use times like this as an opportunity. |
