You need to add Canada... Lots of trades between UK (especially midlands based companies) and Canada, to the point that BMI were considering adding a flight from East Midlands to Montreal, this got shelved just before the recession. |

Definitely Canada. I have had a successful business in Canada since 2007 and I think that this is the easiest route into North America. Regular flights to and from the UK. My business is based in Newfoundland at the moment, but moving west to Halifax NS this month.
