Hello Everyone, I've only really taken the plunge recently into online networking, as until now I didn't really have a spare moment in the day to dedicate to it. Hopefully, all that's set to change.... My background is varied - initially retail banking and customer services, then IT support for an investment bank, and finally setting up and running my own web design / development agency - which I started way back in 1994, before the days of Google and even coloured backgrounds on web pages. I specialise in giving honest, reliable, ethical advice on making online businesses successful - from advising on design, development and usability through to search engine positioning. There are too many web companies out there that let their clients down, and I set out from the outset not to be one of those companies - I hope I'm achieving that aim, and our customer retention rate seems to back that up. I'm looking forward to being a part of the online community, and to offering some help and guidance - and maybe getting some back as and when needed. Malcolm |
