You need to speak to Paul Baldwin, top 4Ner and sorts my business insurance for me. I chose him because he gets involved with his clients when they need to make a claim, not just take your money and then forget about you.

Do you really need Prof Indemnity Insurance (see GOYA) I carry it due to professional body requirements, plus a single contract which demands it. BUT will you be providing advice for which you get sued? |

PI Insurance is not just for those who give advice. It can be for any professional service including design, consultancies of all shapes and sizes, trade associations, charities, training, business coaching, web hosting, photographers - the list is extensive and goes far beyond the "traditional" advisers such as accountants, solicitors and (even) insurance brokers.
A good insurance broker will analyse the business activities and customer profile to make a recommendation as to the need for (and scope of) cover. |

I use Xbridge for my PI and PL insurance, via Simply Business. Very competitive for small businesses and always been super efficient and helpful. |
